End User License Agreement (EULA) For SyncFitAI

Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SyncFitAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.


  1. License Grant
    SyncFitAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial fitness purposes on any device that you own or control.


Your use of the App is also subject to the usage rules of the platform where you obtained it (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).


  1. Restrictions


    You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App

  • Distribute, sell, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the App

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

  • Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes


Unauthorized use terminates this license immediately.


  1. Ownership
    The App is licensed, not sold. SyncFitAI retains all rights, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights.


  2. Purchases and Subscriptions


    SyncFitAI may offer:

  • Free features

  • Paid subscriptions

  • One-time lifetime purchase options


Payments are processed through Apple or Google billing systems.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Lifetime purchases grant access for as long as the App remains available, but do not guarantee permanent service availability.


  1. AI Fitness Recommendations Disclaimer
    SyncFitAI provides AI-powered workout suggestions for informational purposes only.


You acknowledge that:

  • The App does not provide medical advice

  • SyncFitAI is not a healthcare provider

  • You should consult a physician before starting any fitness program

  • You use AI-generated recommendations at your own risk


SyncFitAI is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from use of the App.


  1. Future Third-Party Integrations
    Future versions of the App may integrate with Apple Health, Google Fit, or other fitness services.

SyncFitAI is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or accuracy.


  1. Privacy
    Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy:

  1. Support and Maintenance
    SyncFitAI is solely responsible for providing support and maintenance for the App.

Apple and Google have no obligation to provide any support services.


  1. Warranty Disclaimer
    The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncFitAI disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the extent permitted by law:

  • SyncFitAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • SyncFitAI’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months


  1. Termination
    This Agreement remains effective until terminated.


SyncFitAI may terminate your license if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.


  1. Apple-Specific Terms
    If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

  • Apple is not responsible for the App or its content

  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement

  • Apple may enforce this Agreement against you


  1. Governing Law
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of France.
